it’s just you… and me…

i did my presentation last thursday… hmm.. here are their comments:

negative/neutral comments:

1. poor drawings

2. design too idealistic, symmetrical, rigid

3. need to rethink about what’s being learnt in the process of trying to put a circular plan within a rectangular site

    "a circular plan need not necessarily make use of the circle as a whole, instead we can attempt to suggest the use of the circle by using just a portion of the circle…"

4. too many ideas packed within the small space and not carefully distinguished

Positive comments:

1. Good consideration of the site and neighbouring buildings

2. Interesting attempt trying to show spatial fluidity

3. Appreciates the careful consideration of respecting nature, climate and the neighbours

  hooray!!! no more submissions! well, at least for this semester larh. i just finished my crit session and it wasn’t too bad larh. well, i cant be sure if the crit panel liked my work though. nevertheless, i’ve already compiled and submitted my portfolio. so, no more worries for my design work at least for this semester. now, its time to start studying like hell if i wanna pass my exams which is in 2weeks time. argh…

hmm.. mayb i show u the model of my last design assignment. what u all think it is? any idea? hahaha….
